How to activate your subscription in Clear Mail

If you have completed your purchase of a subscription and the email you used while purchasing the subscription is same as the email you use for Clear Mail, then you can activate your subscription by following these simple steps:

• Open your Gmail tab and click on the Clear Mail extension popup.
• Click the Settings button, which will open Clear Mail Settings in a new tab.
• In Paid account section, click on Activate My Subscription button.

That's it. This should show you a success message and you can now use Clear Mail with unlimited credits and Saved Mail filters.

In case the email you used while purchasing the subscription is not same as the email that you use for Clear Mail, then you will not be able to activate your subscription directly. In that case, you will need to contact us at: raghu.kumar@clearmailapp.com and send us your email address that you used while purchasing the subscription as well as the email address that you use for Clear Mail. We will enable the subscription from our back-end and then you can follow the above steps to activate your subscription from within Clear Mail.
