Whenever you use Clear Mail on a particular Gmail tab (Primary, Promotions, Social etc.), you need to 'Generate Report' which will help you in cleaning up that particular Gmail tab. Every 'Generate Report' consumes 1 credit. Free users get 1 free credit per week which gets reset at the start of the week.

A 'Saved Mail filter' is a filter that you can save within Clear Mail, as a sort of a bookmark, so that you can use it to filter your emails at any time.

Unlike other email cleaning apps, we don't use OAuth tokens, which can give read, compose, delete access on your emails to a third party app. Also, Clear Mail does all processing locally on your device, and none of your email data is uploaded to our servers. This way, you can be rest assured that your data will not get leaked or be misused.

Yes. Our free plan has no expiration and includes limited access to features, as specified above in the pricing section.

We are actively adding new features and making Clear Mail more useful for all users. Users subscribing to our plans help in paying for ongoing development. So, at present, we do not offer lifetime plans. We may do so at a later point of time, please check back in the future.

Currently, we don't offer refunds for our Monthly subscription. You may cancel anytime and the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point it will not renew.

For our Annual subscription plans, we offer partial refunds within 30 days from the date of purchase, no questions asked. If asked for refund, we will deduct the first month charge and refund the rest of the amount. For eg. If user paid $60 for the Yearly plan and asks us for a refund within the first month, we will refund $54 after deducting $6 for the first month charge. This way, going for Yearly plan is better as it is more cost effective and you can get refunded if you prefer not to continue your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription by opening your Clear Mail popup, going to Settings page and then press 'Cancel My Subscription' button.
